For over 50 years, Beauregard Plage campsite has cultivated the art of camping in the great outdoors in the heart of woodlands ablaze with flowers, typical of the area, bathed in the warmth and tranquillity of southern France. It has become the perfect destination for camping and caravanning enthusiasts in search of simplicity and authenticity. There are no mobile homes here; the campsite is devoted entirely to campers who come to enjoy a traditional camping experience in their motorhome, caravan or tent.
Sheltered by the dune, Beauregard Plage campsite offers direct access to the sea so you can make the most of the Blue Flag beach and the warm Mediterranean sand with complete peace of mind. You will be camping, so to speak, at the foot of the dunes!

Book a pitch for your tent, caravan or motorhome at Beauregard Plage, a family-friendly campsite set in a preserved environment close to nature with the Mediterranean as a backdrop. With direct access to the beach and no roads for your children to cross, parents can just sit back and relax!
The campsite offers 200 pitches each measuring approximately 80 m² and bordered by hedges for your comfort and privacy. For campers who prefer even more space, we also offer pitches ranging from 120 m² to 150 m².
Each pitch offers an electric hook-up (6 amp, cable and European adaptors not provided). Water points are located within a few metres of the pitches.
There are 3 sanitary blocks with individual cubicles (hot showers, washbasins), baby baths, dishwashing sinks and a laundry area with washing machines (tokens on sale at the reception).
For campers travelling in motorhomes and caravans the campsite offers a free waste water and chemical toilet drainage facility.
Set up camp and forget about your car! Beauregard Plage campsite is ideally located near all the shops in Marseillan so you can do your shopping, buy a newspaper, a baguette and sun cream on foot or by bike. What more could you ask for on holiday in Languedoc-Roussillon!

Priority for nature and the environment
Before it became Beauregard campsite as you know it today, this part of Marseillan Plage used to be a vineyard in the 1960s. The first campers set up camp between the vines…
For 50 years, the campsite has managed to highlight the natural environmental aspects of the site. It remains a wooded and flowery oasis of peace, a privileged setting in nature with direct access to the beach, for a fabulous eco-friendly holiday !

All year round, the campsite takes particular care of plants, flowers and trees, by choosing typical Mediterranean species like rose-bays, tamaris, fig trees... Choosing plants and flowers adapted to the climate allows us to save water and they requires less maintenance.
The campsite is ideally located near the Thau Lagoon and the natural reserve of Bagnas. This "lagoon" on the Hérault coast is a major site for migratory birds like stilts, avocets, or the common tern which may be observed around the campsite.

You can sit on the terrace and admire the seaview whilst enjoying breakfast, lunch, an aperitif with your friends or a romantic dinner with the dazzling Mediterranean as a backdrop.
Discover the menu comprised of simple gourmet dishes prepared with good quality, fresh ingredients sourced directly from local producers.
On the menu: tapas, salads, as well as local specialities such as burgers with brioche bread baked by a local baker served with home-made chips, cuttlefish on the plancha, mussels and a wide range of local cheeses…

The harbour of Marseillan
Stroll on the quays of this lovely little harbour and watch the boats floating on the Canal du Midi or the sailing boats sliding towards the Thau Lagoon. After that, you can taste oysters from Bouzigues with a glass of white Picpoul de Pinet.
Historical heritage of Marseillan
Walk around the old streets of this typical southern French village: charming townhouses, various monuments such as the "statue de la Marianne", the covered square with black basalt arches or the Saint-Jean-Baptiste church (17th century).

Pond of Bagnas
The pond of Bagnas stretches over more than 560 ha. Explore this unique nature reserve on foot, by bike or on horseback and discover the remarkable ecological wealth.
Listed as a Natura 2000 site, the lake of Thau covers more than 7 500 ha, housing a biodiversity that is ten times greater than other lagoons in the region. To do: the museum of the Thau Lagoon, to learn more about fishing, oyster and mussel farming!
Walk around the picturesque streets edged with boutiques, workshops and houses of black volcano stone. Discover the remains of the ramparts of this former Greek town, founded by the Phocaeans and listed as a historical monument today.
Sète, the Venice of the Languedoc
This charming marine town is located by the sea, and attracted famous artists like Paul Valéry and Georges Brassens… To see, to do: walking on the quays and taste the local gastronomy, visit the market and fill your basket with fish and seafood, or specialties brought to Sète by the Italians who settled here.
Béziers is the town of bull fights and rugby, the feria of August and the nautical joust, but also of the vineyard that produces wines like the AOP Languedoc Terrasses de Béziers and Vins de Pays like « Les Côtes de Thongue » or « Les Coteaux de Béziers IGP »…
Daytrip to Montpellier
Montpellier boasts 106 listed monuments. To see: the Place de la Comédie (18th century), the municipal theatre and the monumental façade decorating the south west of the square, the Trois Grâces fountain, the Haussmann style « Scaphandrier » building (1898, architecture of the Second Empire) and its sculpted dome.
