The 3-Stars Camping Beauregard Plage is located in  the south of France, in Marseillan-Plage. This is a traditional and family campsite.

You'll enjoy this place close to water... Behind the dune lies the Mediterranean Sea. After a relaxed swim, you'll be delighted to spend your holiday in this preserved and natural setting, with family and friends.

Since 1965, a traditional campsite spirit with all the comfort you need!

The friendly, modern and traditional of 3-stars Camping Beauregard Plage has been managed by passionate of nature for the past 3 generations.

Since more than 50 years, Camping Beauregard Plage cultivates the art of traditional camping in a wooded and flowery site, typical of the Languedoc coast, bathing by the sun of the south of France. It has become the ideal destination for lovers of traditional campsite, who are looking for authenticity in relaxing environment. 

You'll not find any mobile homes in this campsite, as it is completely reserved to those who are looking for holidays with their camper van, caravan or tent.

Behind the dune, Camping Beauregard Plage offers a direct access to the sea. The place ideal to enjoy the white and warm sand of the Mediterranean Sea. On a beach awarded "Pavillon Bleu", you'll be staying at the foot of the dunes!

Camper vans, caravans and tents

The campsite contains 200 pitches which are about 80 m². They are delimited from each other by hedges to offer as much comfort and privacy as possible. Campers who are looking for more space can book a plot surfacing between 120 m² and 150 m² in size.

Facilities for campers

  • Electric (6A - please bring extension cord and European plug)
  • Waterpoints a few meters from each pitch
  • 3 well-kept sanitary blocks with hot showers, baby kit, washbasins to do the dishes.
  • Laundry room with washing machines
  • Camper van service point: chemical toilet
  • Possibility to hire of fridges

To enjoy water on holiday by the sea, our campsite with a direct access to the beach is like the paradise! 

Here, a camping holiday means relaxing and sunbathing, while children are playing in the turquoise and clear sea or building sandcastles!

Ideally located by the sea, Camping Beauregard Plage offers a romantic setting for campers who are looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay in the Languedoc-Roussillon.

Easy to access from the campsite, without any road to cross, families can go to the fine sandy beach of Marseillan in less than two minutes!

Near the centre and shops

From the campsite, you can use of the nearness of various shops in the centre of Marseillan. No need to take your car, everything is approachable on foot or by bike!

At less than 400 m from the campsite:

  • A bakery accross the campsite to prepare for the breakfast with fresh bread and pastries.
  • A grocery store to run a few errands.
  • The traditional market of Marseillan-Plage: fill your basket with delicious local produces (every day from 15/06 to 15/09).
  • A  Kiosks with international newspapers.
  • A tourist information office for all the information you need about sightseeing trips around Marseillan.
  • Various bars and restaurants to spend a good time on a terrace with family or friends.
  • A flea market to go for for a stroll and to find that original item you sere dreaming about! (Saturdays and Sundays).

Camping Beauregard Plage does not offer the rent of mobile homes.

Since 3 generations, all has been designed for traditional camping, far away from the big and impersonal campsite chains.

Priority for nature and environment

Before it became Camping Beauregard as you know it today, this part of Marseillan Plage used to be a vineyard in the 1960s. The first campers stayed between the vines…

Since 50 years, the campsite has managed to highlight the natural en environmental aspects of the site. It remains a wooded and flowery oasis of peace, a privileged setting in nature with a direct access to the beach, to enjoy an eco-friendly holiday !

To offer you the best holiday possible in the Languedoc-Roussillon, a stay where nature, quality of life and were the comfort of campers are gathered, Camping*** Beauregard-Plage commits to offer you a different type of holiday in Marseillan-Plage were keywords are nature and complete change of scenery.

Ecological policy

  • The use of ecological products for the maintenance of the vegetation: natural fertilizers instead of chemicals;
  • Composting garden waste (when we cut the grass and the hedges…);
  • Selective waste sorting and recycling;
  • Energy-efficient LED lighting;
  • Sanitary facilities equipped with water saving devices and soler panels for hot water.

Diversified vegetation for a holiday in nature!

All year round, the campsite takes particularly care of plants, flowers and trees, by choosing typical Mediterranean species like rose-bays, tamaris, fig trees... Choosing for flora well adapted to the climate allows to save water and it takes requires less upkeeping maintenance.

Unspoiled fauna…

The campsite is ideally located near the Thau Lagoon and the natural reserve of Bagnas. This lagoon-like of the Hérault coast is a major site for migratory birds like stilts, avocets, or the common tern which may be observed around the campsite.

Since more than 50 years, Beauregard Plage is cultivating the idea of a traditional campingsite. In a peacefully and quiet area, we preserve this unspoiled nature place with a direct access to the beach. 

That is the success of the campsite since the beginning. A great place to discover and enjoy a real camping holiday!

Our priority: offering you a traditional camping stay in a peaceful environment!

Without excessive luxury, without entertainment, useless facilities or a pool (the beach is just behind the dune!), Camping Beauregard Plage promotes the comfort of authentic camping in the outdoors.

Holidaymakers will enjoy the simple things in life like walking barefoot in the warm sand, smelling the flowers and hearing the birds sing…

Therefore, the campsite is harmoniously set in the environment, to the delight of traditional campers, with all the assets of the charming beach resort of Marseillan, near the shops and various summer activities!

On site, you'll find all the services you need for a comfortable stay. At 400 metres from the campsite, holidaymakers will find various shops.

  • From 16/05 to 25/06: from 8.15 am to 1.30 pm - from 2.15 pm to 6.45 pm
  • From 26/06 to 28/08: from 8.15 am to midday - from 2.15 pm to 7.15 pm (on Saturday: from 8.15 am to 7.45 pm)
  • From 28/08 to 02/10: from 8.15 am to 1.30 pm - from 2.15 to 6.45 pm
  • From 02/10 to 15/10: from 1.45 pm to 5.15 pm - (6.15 pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday)

Low season

From 15/10 to the opening of the campsite (end of  March):

The Restaurant offers you simple but gourmet cuisine with quality fresh produce. Come and enjoy some Languedoc-Roussilon culinary specialties.

You'll find: tapas and salads, but also the restaurant's specialties like the burger with brioche bread from the local baker with homemade chips, cuttlefish on the plancha, mussels and a wide range of local cheeses…

  • The restaurant and bar are open from 1 May to mid-September
  • From 10 am to 3 pm and from 6 pm to 10 pm (non-stop in high season)

During your stay on Camping*** Beauregard Plage you can discover many sites all around the Mediterranen coast.

The harbour of Marseillan

Stroll on the quays of this lovely little harbour and watch the boats floating on the Canal du Midi or the sailing boats sliding towards the Thau Lagoon. After that, you can taste oysters from Bouzigues with a glass of white Picpoul de Pinet.

Historical heritage of Marseillan

Walk around the old streets of this typical southern French village: charming townhouses, various monuments such as the statue de la Marianne, the covered square with black basalt arches or the Saint-Jean-Baptiste church (17th century).

Beaches and water sports in Marseillan

Fully enjoy the beach nearby with clear blue water, fine sand and the sunny climate of the Mediterranean Sea... On the programme: kitesurfing, sailing, jet ski, tubing, stand-up-paddle or boat trips…

Pond of Bagnas

The pond of Bagnas stretches over more than 560 ha. Explore this unique nature reserve on foot, by bike or horse and discover the remarkable ecological wealth.

Thau Lagoon

Listed as a Natura 2 000 site, the lake of Thau covers more than 7 500 ha, housing a biodiversity that is ten times greater to one of other lagoons in the region. To do: the museum of the Thau Lagoon, to learn more about fishing or the oyster and mussel farming!


Walk around the picturesque streets edged with boutiques, ateliers and houses of black volcano stone. Discover the remains of the ramparts of this former Greek town, founded by the Phocaeans and listed as a historical monument today.

Sète, the Venice of the Languedoc

This charming marine town is set by the sea, and attracted big artists like Paul Valéry and Georges Brassens… To see, to do: walking on the quays and taste the local gastronomy, visit the market and fill your basket with fish and seafood, or specialties brought to Sète by the Italians who settled here.

Visit of Béziers

Béziers is the town of bull fights and rugby, the feria of August and the natural joust, but also of the vineyard that produces wines like the AOP Languedoc Terrasses de Béziers and Vins de Pays like « Les Côtes de Thongue » or « Les Coteaux de Béziers IGP »…

Daytrip to Montpellier

Montpellier holds 106 listed monuments. To see: the Place de la Comédie (18th century), the municipal theatre and the monumental façade decorating the south west of the square, the Trois Grâces fountain, the Haussmann style « Scaphandrier » building (1898, architecture of the Second Empire) and its sculpted dome.
